Hi Guys,

I think it would be fair to say that this discussion has left me totally 
confused ... I think I got lost with the subject line :)

Please would somebody care to explain exactly what is being talked about 
here - for example, is this simply a discussion about Foxton or does it 
concern *all* locks with a side pound?

I thought I'd got locks sorted out but I'm obviously missing something 
here (I've been assuming that the 'reds' and the 'whites' are different 
coloured paddles, each taking water from different sources) ... remember 
- words of one syllable will help enormously :)
