I'm sorry, Allan - I am just frankly amazed that cruising between
Willowbridge and Hemel constitutes a "journey around a substantial
part of the system" especially if you never leave the SE, but if BW
says it's OK, then (hopefully for you) I guess it must be.
I can't accept your treatment of Patrol Notices, though. There's a
phenomenon called bourgeois anarchy, meaning "I'm respectable so I
don't have to take any notice of rules I don't agree with", and that
sounds like an example of it to me.
I guess we just have very different attitudes to life on the cut, and
will have to agree to differ.
