If you click on the Agenda tab at the top RHS you get a list that only includes those dates when an event is listed, which makes it easier to read. But infuriatingly, Google Calendar will not let you print out the information in this format - the print button on the page allows you to print out the next 1/3/5/7/10 days only and if you print direct from IE you only get the headings and some mainly blank pages. (Not sure if other browser or MAC users do any better). Anyone wanting to set up a similar calendar might do better using the free calendar at www.calendars.net. Use of the "Condensed" option on this gives a similar style list of events which can be printed. David Mack
