In IE just select <edit>; <select all>; <copy> - then open your word 
processor and paste it in :-)

Using M$ Word you can then click in the second frame (table - the one 
with all the dates, etc.) then select <table>; <select>; <table> and the 
frame will be selected, now click <Table>; <convert>; <table to text> 
and there you are, fully editable information :)
