Nah.  The Ovaltine factory was a mile or so further south and has
been thoroughly yuppified.  It was behind me when I took the snap of
Kings Langley Lock, but for a more useful view you could do worse
than ask Google Earth for a sight of postcode WD4 8GX.  If you then
follow the canal northwards you'll come to the Dickinson Mill site
which, as the current GE image was taken in 2006, shows it before
demolition started.

Just goes to show how reliable the man on the bank was.  Maybe his
lifejacket was affecting his historical perception?

If you go past the Ovaltine factory on the road, all appears as it ever was.
The frontage being a listed structure. The flats are something else--ranging
from acceptable nearest the lock to impersonal, & drab the further south one
boats.
