Kew Gardens Tube station is on the Richmond branch of the District Line and is about an 8 minute walk from the Victoria Gate of Kew G. The same station (and the same track) serves the London Overground rail line which has a direct link to Stratford (East London), Highbury, Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction (but not in that order!) If you want to know more about travelling in London, try www.tfl.gov.uk which also has a travel planner - but not much use if you arrive somewhere and haven't a computer handy!
