[canals-list] WiFi Hotspots

I've been looking for hotspots using http://www.myhotspots.co.uk/ and notice 
that many of them list the provider as BT. does this mean that a BT account is 
required?

Any suggestions appreciated.

We'll be doing the Thames ring in early September
