One of your licence conditions is that you have 3rd party indemnity. The difference between mandatory 3rd party insurance and full cover is peanuts. Let's not get into litigation mode. It is YOUR responsibility to insure against such risks. I reckon it is reasonable to assume that there will be submerged objects, especially in urban areas. If you want to go down the road of blaming BW please remember that litigation costs for BW will cost us all in increased licence fees. Phil
