Towergate Mardon - yes we use them. Michael Stimpson Insurance (he of Rickmansworth who sometimes dresses up as a chicken) is now part of that organisation, and has been for several years. From my experience 1) they are perhaps a teensy bit more expensive compared to the average, but with no claims our premium has come down every year 2) I am happy with the advice on many boating and other insurance topics that Michael is willing to give 3) They do process and pay claims in satisfactory way - no quibbles, just honest-to-goodness and sensible guidance Will we be renewing with them for the 8th year . . .
