The Three Mills Lock (on the Prescott Channel) was opened formally on Friday
5th June 2009. Here are some pictures from the day....

But since then, a lot of work has taken place, and still no traffic. There has
been works on the bank of the Prescott Channel (mooring points), work at the
footbridge where the Prescott Channel meets the Three Mills Wall River (looks
like a channel to protect the bridge supports) and some experimental flows to
reduce noise created when the water flows through the weir at Three Mills Wall
River.

We are now in September (three months one).

Any news on when we will see traffic of any sort? Has the lock been handed over
to BW yet?
