We printed a letter on the subject in the September issue of 'Canal Boat' which drew a response from BW: "...the partnership which delivered World Heritage Site status is committed to ensuring his monument retains its original characteristics, which means there are no plans to place new railings along the offside." > I'd say that the suggestion is Clearly Bollocks.
