Ah, you'd be surprised to hear that I go three times per week to the gym then, 
for a work out that you wouldn't be able to keep up with. Trudging gently to 
the shops occasionally and the odd bit of cooking doesn't really cut it as a 
fitness regime I'm afraid ;-)))

I gave a lift to a neighbour who was standing at a bus stop ... I asked where 
he wanted dropping off and he said the gym please as my car is in the garage 
.... I replied .... if you were to walk to the gym and back, you wouldnt need 
to actually go inside : -)
