The one thing I forgot to mask was the tank breather, and it was clogged. Since it had a gauze I can't imagine too much got through to the tank. Any that did should have been picked up in the Delphi "proper" diesel filter, which I changed on the first day of the troubles ! Hoping for a solution this week. Beeky
