Thank you so much for doing this! I'll add some notes from my own experience getting access to and familiarising myself with these systems once I'm back from the conference. > Finally, I've created some incident logs > https://wiki.canonical.com/UbuntuEngineering/CI/IncidentLog/2013-10-09-lxc-dbus-apparmor-otto > and > https://wiki.canonical.com/UbuntuEngineering/CI/IncidentLog/2013-10-08-space-in-jenkins-node-names Remember everyone, we want to at least be putting a row in the IncidentLog whenever we have a service interruption. If the problem was in any way preventable or you have thoughts on how we can avoid it in the future, please flesh out an incident report as vila has done here. We had one of these today that caused me to wake Rick up at 4am: https://wiki.canonical.com/UbuntuEngineering/CI/IncidentLog/2013-10-16 I don't want to make a habit of this (and I'm sure Rick and Larry don't want me to either). Ubuntu Engineering is only becoming more reliant on these services, so let's make sure as we firefight that we're creating clear action items in the wiki to prevent similar issues from cropping up in the future.
