Specifically, I'd like to request 2x the default quota for instances, cpu cores and RAM on the lcy02 cloud (both lcy01 and lcy02 would be ideal). The Ubuntu Engineering CI team is developing a new cloud based architecture and we will soon be running into our default limits. Evan Dandrea is line manager for the effort.
