This is affecting me too. Skype 4.3.0.37 Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS Asus Zenbook UX303 with Intel® Skylake ULT GT2 Graphics.
It's fine if my video is off, I can see the caller. As soon as I start my video, both video feeds start flickering blue.
