Yes. Both, I think.

Also, if you ever happen to change the host key on the server, or you
rearrange your network so another server is at the same IP address and/or
hostname, there's a hilariously paranoid warning message about how you could
be having a MITM attack. Very true, but something about the wording amuses
me...
