Hello Lee, Based on your feedback, I ran the following on production server:
ssrxgrp ~: irb irb(main):001:0> puts $: /opt/ruby-enterprise/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8 /opt/ruby-enterprise/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/i686-linux /opt/ruby-enterprise/lib/ruby/site_ruby /opt/ruby-enterprise/lib/ruby/1.8 /opt/ruby-enterprise/lib/ruby/1.8/i686-linux . => nil irb(main):002:0> This definitely does not show a path to /opt/ruby-enterprise/bin So the gem will not be loaded. I think Capistrano may be masking the correct message?
