Thanks Olivier,

Thats done the trick. I had the default_environment set in some early
testing but I could not get it to work. Works now though. Weird. Does
this solution depend on anything set on the server in regards to the
ssh environment or does it just work as part of cap and ignore ~/.ssh/
environment ?
