Hello Harris, I passed the ws2_32 to the compiler command line to make 
shore the linker could find it.

I am working on a program to get people out of the car into the bus
so i thought kenton's capnproto would suite it to do the network 
communication
between the drivers terminal, travelers browser cq mobile and the server.
but i am a bit struggling because the project is abit big (understatement 
lol)
