Our bridge servlet  implementation  is derived from a sample implementation
from Equinox. I profile this original BS implementation and found that there
are memory leaks in it, when you restart. I suspect that some of the memory
leaks in Carbon occurs due to the issues in the original impl.  Therefore we
may need to fix bridge servlet implementation. I am not sure whether we need
to change Equinox impl as well. I need to dig into this issue some more.
