Because we cannot call it eventing :-)

Well, that is because ESB is using eventing component for event sources 
and hopefully for WSAS eventing stuff as well, but registry wants the 
new event component for registry eventing. We had to co-exist both 
eventing and the new component (what ever the name is) and I guess 
Srinath pick it as event.
