+1, for repomanager.axis2 we might have a repomanager.synapse in the
future.
Well, isn't the task and mediator upload belongs to repomanager.synapse
by going with the definition of axis2 repo manager.

& org.wso2.carbon.repomanager.axis2.ui
+1 for including "axis2" here. But should it be
org.wso2.carbon.axis2.repomanager?
