I think, with the component graduation effort, we should "retire" some of
these components, meaning we graduate those, yet remove from products and
freeze development of those - meaning remove from trunk.

The reason I raised this question, was because there are still issues, more
than two years old, on some of these components, and they hang in there
unresolved for about two years and each time I review Jira, I spend time
validating those issues, which is a waste of time.
