Shall we create the attic at;

https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/attic/

and move the following components to
https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/attic/carbon/components

AAR Validator
Mar validator
Axis1 services
EJB services

Shall we get this done today,and resolve all the JIRAs related to those
components as "postponed"?
