The attic (https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/attic/carbon/) has been created
and the following components & features have been moved to it.

*Components*
Axis2-Artifact-Validators (AAR/MAR)
EJB services
Axis1 services

*Features*
service-hosting/ejb
service-hosting/axis1-services

*The following features have been updated in the trunk.*
service-hosting
tools

If you come across any JIRAs related to these components, please resolve
them as WONT FIX, and mention that these components have been moved to the
attic in the resolution comment.

Please let us know if there are other such components which need to be
archived in the attic.
