The UI is distorted. Who adds this param? Anyway, I personally feel that adding a param named hasUIExtensions is ugly from a services PoV. This is purely a Carbon Mgt Console thing, and adding a "hasUIExtension" param, and then setting serviceType = hasUIExtension is pretty hacky and ugly.
