Hi All,

As we have discussed to create a Jaggery runtime with a minimal Carbon
Server, We have combined Carbon-Core with WebApp feature and created a
Jaggery Server. This distribution needs to be more minimal, but at the
moment some parts of core such as registry, user manager etc are tightly
coupled, so we cannot reduce the pack lesser than this.

We are planing to remove these dependencies iterative-ly aligning the
action item of Foundation team, which is making Carbon-core a true kernal.

For the moment the Jaggery Server (carbon-core + Jaggery Framework) starts
in 7 seconds and its size is 100MB.

Size can be further reduced (~ 85MB) once tomact OSGI-fication is done, at
the moment there are multiple Jars residing in two places (plugins and
lib/api)

If there are no objections, I will commit the Jaggery Server to Trunk.
