Hi Nuwan, Sameera,

It might be beneficial to determine what the existing core contains and
what's needed by for example Jaggery. This will give a good eye opener to
people to comment on what should stay and what should go. For example, does
Jaggery need Registry and User Management? and is Carbon UI required?
