It works almost finely, with some problems:

1. The file.pdf reloads, but this happens (now and then) twice in Skim 
(very quickly, for this small file)

2. Auto update works, but C-c C-v fails to take me from a location in the 
file.tex to the corresponding location of file.pdf in Skim, i.e.
Emacs -> Skim (C-c C-v) fails.

3.  C-c C-v from Skim opens file.dvi instead of file.pdf, regardless that I
have set up PDF Mode in Emacs (as a default by having in  my .emacs the
statement:

(setq-default TeX-PDF-mode t)

Thanks a lot! it would be good to have it without the  two problems, but 
they are not that bi.
