It looks like they're referring to a different release, since the app
which they're speaking of is hosted on: http://emacs-app.sf.net and
Carbon Emacs is http://homepage.mac.com/zenitani/emacs-e.html

Furthermore, the maintainer listed over at of Carbon Emacs is "Adrian
Robert" and the maintainer for Carbon Emacs is Seiji Zenitani.
