Ok - why you didn't reply inside the CARE2x CD thread and suggest it?
If there is a suggestion i can include it as feature or make 2 cds.
A tool cd first and than the care2x cd if there is a new version
including medicine quality examples.
I think its easy to get mirrors. Set up a linux box. Maybe Knoppix
will be the most easy step.

After following some links from the provided in this thread you
nearly
have some questions less.
Because the best solutions for multilanguage i did put a lot of
energy
in the past.
Today i phoned again with Barbara (PLoS) to San Francisco. I am shure
there will be a try to provide translations of PLoS Medicine. With or
without
Care2x. But i think because of missing Human resources we have to
start first only with German. At the Moment we got no team together
in
other languages. Help is very wellcome. Don't be wonder but by the
primary concept at start there is no Science or Medicine knowledge
needed.
