Guten Tag Wilifried, I agree with you. Talking to patients is VERY important. My idea to use a mobile device is to GET info and not to enter data at the bedside. But the practical thing maybe to sit at the client in the ward and get the results, jot it down on a pad and go on the ward rounds, for now!
