Hi, For Medical records, We need to have some techniques
for privacy and security of medical records. Easiest option is as you mention we can have clear
record functionality. It may be not recommended
because we are going to lose history of records.

Other options is special encryption for database. It
is really important for current healthcare datbases.

Another option is mixer of above two, After each
cyle(can be per day/week) all records will clear from
current database and move to encrpted database. That
database can access with some special permissions or
some securtiy measeure.

Any comments or idea?

Thanks

Hi,

yes, sadly there will be always lawbreakers no
matter how hard the penalty is :(

Perhaps, what care2x can do in this matter is to
improve its documentation of user activities to easily discover and track misuse
and provide the authorities the needed data.

Also, the ability to revert the data to the original
"clean" status is highly desirable.

Working on it on my end we are looking at encryption, scared of clearing database due to the fact that we can not change or loose data.
