Yes. That is true. What i have done for my other
project works, We are logging history of data access
as well. It includes user id, ip number of PC and
patient id with data and time. This is some what we
can identify those people.
 These projects were fully in Java (But, it is not a
case, for any web based projects logging is more
important. For java, we have log4j tools to generate
logs in nice formats)
