I am interested by this question.
As earlier discussed with Elpidio, I am working on specifications for a generic billing module, or at least to share generic components.
The idea is to make 2 things:
- At one side a kind of "generic billing engine".
- At the other side, steering tables containing the information for billing in a given context, in a given country at a given time.
If interested, I could send a preliminary draft.
