Etienne, The type of billing that im talking about is possible intergration of a open source product called FreeB
http://www.freeb.org/ or any other online billing to insurance that might be open source. I havnt taken a complete look at hte package of Care2x but from what i can see it doesnt do online transactions with insurances....which would be a great feature or maybe im missing it.
