Hi,
here's no problem (except my bad spoken English...:()!
It was only if i understand it in a wrong way.

As far as i know meanwhile the internal structure of the IOC there is
no point to discuss it at the moment inside the list.
I also do not know the international contacts you share.
Lets talk it first private in mails, to come to a reasonable result to
force the way for care2x in allowed use of NOC and IOC of care2x
software, to connect the right people and to get their support as
transmitter to the central.

I suggest as an offer to review how others like to make their
documentation. See it only as example. Possibly we have to find for
care2x another structure. Pleas check this page for inspiration:

I picked here only an example for a structure that you can understand easy:

http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/sr_email_subscribe/

I will help you if you like to set up the documentation if you like to
set it under a creative commons licence. I will share my time with it
to find a reasonible result for a workflow how to write a
documentation that is revied and that you are the copyright owner. It
is just an offer to you. I will ask a typo developer to help us with
the needed automatisation codes.

regards

Wilfried
