Dear Dr. Potur,

As I see in your previous mail you face a problem that is very widely
spread on installations with newer versions of Apache/PHP/MySQL.

My experience shows that Care2x works OK *only* with the *AMP stack
recommended in the System Requirements:

Apache 1.3.x
PHP 4.3.x
MySQL 4.0.x

The versions has to be following strictly up to the minor version (the
second digit). I tried several variations of the above stack with newer
version of some of the components, but I always run into problems of
different kind.

It seems that Care2x uses lots of obsolete PHP/MySQL functions and does
not work properly with newer versions.
IMHO, the coding needs total revision to be cleaned up of such obsolete
calls, but unfortunately I am not expert in this area.

Probably, the XAMPP package on your windows system contains newer
version of Apache and/or PHP and/or MySQL. Try to find a package with
exactly the recommended versions. I always run the automatic
installation and some manual operations on Care2x before releasing
packages to make sure that everything is OK at least with the
recommended requirements.

Greetings
Kaloyan
