Hello, 

Line 13425 in /install/sql/icd10_tr/insert-data.sql refers to this: 

  INSERT INTO care_icd10_tr VALUES ('Z04.8 ',' Kontrol
','','','','','','',' 4 ','','','');

I noticed this some time ago, but the installation just reports that
there is duplicated key or something like this. I think after this the
rest of the data is imported properly. 

Is it OK that I delete this line and have the file OK in the next beta
release after some time?
