There is only one question inside lang_en_drg.php:
Are you sure you want to delete this file?
It seems to me that 'Are you sure you want to create a new group
code?' refers to something normal within the system so I decided to reword
the phrase to just 'You are going to create a new group code'. I assume
that if LDSureToCreateNewGr is to be used routinely, it shouldn't give the
idea that you are about to do something you might regret.
I tried to commit into Subversion but Subversion displays in my browser in
UTF-8 and the lang_es_drg.php file (Spanish) is ISO-8859-1. The translation
to Spanish is:
$LDSureToCreateNewGr='Va a crear un nuevo código de grupo';
Please let me know if an ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 character translation would be
convenient. It seems I can script it fairly easily using XReplace.

Dr. Bullent Potur has found one string in the drg module that was missed
to be internationalised. This change will be available with the next
beta release - 2.2.2. The following is the string to be translated:

Again, I want to ask translators to commit the change in the Subversion
