Hello Claudio, We had done some work of your tasks in our elc-tanzania-0-2 development-branch. So what is there is a basic billing module, a database controlled laboratory module where you can add, remove and edit tests itself because not all hospitals could offer all tests and there should be a way of editing it. Especially on that tool we could discuss a code review. The laboratory module is really not good in the code base itself. We have just used the same code base in reason of not loosing the main developments but when I see how these data will be stored to the database itself: There is still work to do.
We had done also a prescription module what is linked to a billing module that all services a patient got in a hospital will be listened there. Further we had done some more modifications in specific parts of the project that it is fitting to East African requirements. Godfrey from Dar es Salaam is now working on a so called "generic admission module", he is now deep inside of this topic and he could explain little more what strategic we had planned and what issues he figured out by implementing that into php code. Also I figured out that the PHP 5.2 compatibility is not given - no problems up to 5.1, but somebody is working on that issue (as far I can remember). There seems to be a session issue because under the latest PHP version it is loosing all the time the session. It would be a strategic question to let this compatibility work out and wait to PHP 6.0 according to the wish list for PHP 6 http://news.php.net/php.internals/start/17883 ) Also under our development branch on sourceforge you will find also a reporting module. Just a page what is displaying common questions of a medical director what he wants to know about statistics (e.g. number of admissions till down to laboratory and diagnostics).
