Hi, It may be that main branch is less active than some customized versions because people are working on their onw customization. In our Tanzanian work (used also in Kenya, Nigeria and Cameroon) we have integrated billing with doctors office, laboratory, pharmacy and all other services that are paid by the patient. Also we have insurance module and we are working on a proper reporting module at the moment. Medical records we do not plan to use much because typing capacity is low in our setting. But if our setting would be helpful to you you couls join to our discussion list (we prefer it is only for active developers and users).
