We have care2x working in a number of hospitals in East Africa  , most
notably in Tanzania (where I'm from).
We did quite a number of modifcations to Radiology and Laboratories to link
them with billing which was one of the challenges of the mainline version
of care2x.
Im currently looking at how to customize the theatre module and link it to
billing.

I don't think the procedures for attending patients in Argentina and
Tanzania differ very much , but even if they do there is still room for
customization.
I m still looking at ways to make it a secure and reliable HMIS .
