I think that project lives on as Neurogenerator:

I believe they use a single subject brain from Dusseldorf for spatial
normalization. I would certainly be interested in the raw data to that
subject as well but I don't believe it is available for download. I
would be happy to hear otherwise. Recent releases from Dusseldorf use
the ICBM single subject brain (Colin) for registration.
