Hello Donna, I'm a neurosurgery resident at WashU doing research in the NIL and am interested in using Caret to map/visualize electrocorticography data in surgical patients. I was wondering if you'd have time to meet with me and a BME student working with us on the project to discuss Caret issues. We've learned of ways to do this using Matlab to make img/hdr files to import into Caret, but wanted to make sure we completely understood details of the Caret interface, paint vs metric file, etc. Would you have time to meet this week? Let me know if a particular time works for you...
