Binyam, You will need to combine all of your ROIs into a single image. For a paint volume, there are no controls for turning the individual paints (ROIs) on and off. However, if you load the image as a probabilistic atlas volume, you can turn the ROIs on and off using the Display Control's Probabilistic Atlas - Volume Area page.
