Ping, I tried replicating this user's problem just now, and I had trouble seeing the D/C menu when pressing the D/C button in Webcaret. It appears that a window is launched, but positioned too far to the right of my screen to be visible. I'm in the FLTC using one of the kiosks right now, which has a smaller screen, so maybe that is the issue.
