My only guess is that one of the data files is corrupted. Go to the File Menu and select Preferences. Go to the Debug Tab and check the box next to Debug Enabled. Now load your spec file and its data files. As files are loaded, they will be listed in the DOS window. What is printed in the window (screen capture)?
