Hello fellow Caret chasers, I would like to know if anyone has had any experience using or creating ROIs for Amygdala or Nucleus Accumbens in Caret? I have imported masks for these ROIs generated from AFNI, but I wondered if there has been any validation in lining these ROIs up with a Mean Buckner or any other structural underlay?
